I’m trying to find out when my expiry date is for my tier points as I’m only slightly short of gold. The Virgin website says that it’s 12 months from when I became silver and is shown on the website, but seems to be missing the key information of where… I’ve looked all over “my account” section, but can’t find the date. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
The *only* way right now is to call. I’ve the same issue: App and website have not shown this information for as long as I can remember
As much as I like Flying Club, the website could do with an overhaul. Conversely, as much as I dislike BA, especially BA IT, the BAEC website mostly just works.

That’s poor the only route to find out is to call. Likewise not quite sure and wondering as to my own TP expiry date.
