How does the voucher show up?

Hello

I met the spending criteria on the Avios Plus card however I can’t seem to locate the voucher on my BA exec account?

Could someone point me to where I should be looking?

Have you had any notification that you’ve received it? How long since you hit the target? Normally it shows on the home page of your BAEC account above any current flight bookings where it says “My eVouchers”. Or – if you go to “book with avios” on the top menu bar, one of the options will be the upgrade voucher.
