How early can you get into the First Wing before flying?

Have a 17:40 flight and ideally would like to be in the lounge before 13:00 for some video calls.

You can enter the First Wing and First lounge from 05:00 on the day of departure.

I’m sure it does, we checked in 7hrs before our flight due to hotel check out times on Saturday and visited all 3 lounges.
