How long do Heathrow Rewards transfers to Virgin take?

With BA the transfer is once per week, I think the cut off is a Monday evening. I assume Virgin is similar.

I’ve done maybe half a dozen or so over the years – it’s not immediate but I don’t recall it ever being more than a few days which might corroborate the above
