How do you find and use the free dragon pass entries? I have checked the premier+ site after logging in but there appears to be no sign of them.
Can they only be used from the app? The app refuses to work.
App works fine for me, and shows the passes (used one a fortnight ago).

The app didn’t work for me, it would say that my device doesn’t pass compatibility test (even though its an S22 Ultra). But the website worked fine for me.
If you use the website, you should see “Memberships” in the top right hand side, and then it will show your 4 free passes (assuming you are a dual customer of Avios Plus card, and Avios rewards). You can there download the pass as a PDF with the QR code.
