I am trying to find 4 reward business class seats with Iberia from Madrid to Mexico City for October but there only seem to be 2 available for any given day. In the past I was able to find 4 seats without any problem at all. Has anyone been successful in securing 4 J seats lately?
I was able to secure 3x but it was at 360 days and fully paid for via IB Avios so no 241. In my extensive knowledge of searches I have only been able to find 2x per flight only until near to the time of departure where some are made available but I like to have my tickets secured long in advance. I have flown to MAD-BOG with me on one flight and 3 hours later wife and son.
Others plus @JDB had mentioned that you can find via married segments (so Jerez/Sevilla/BCN-MAD-MEX) but in my searches this was not fruitful.
A tip using the 241 and via BA is that the return you can do MEX-MAD-LHR and get 50% on the whole thing. Keep a note of the 15:50 MAD-LHR that has lie flat seats on A350
