I’ve just booked some rfs flights for october half term to Ibiza on a whim and hoping it might be warmish then. I’ve never been, so no idea on location. Not keen on clubbing but I like the sea and the mountains!
Any recommendations for a hotel that works for a family (kids 10 & 8)? Budget is 2-3k so not the 11k for Six Senses…

Look no further than Portinax, its far up north, quiet but still retains the Ibiza atmosphere, its about 40min-60min cab ride from airport but some of the big hotels offer shuttles. There are lots of outstanding restaurants and four amazing beaches with soft sand and crystal clear, calm water. I strongly recommend: https://www.laciguenya.com/en. Ultra family friendly. Beware though, this area is far away from the hustle of San Antonio and Ibiza Town. They are still commutable if you want a big day out though. Its one of my favourite places on earth, I cant recommend it enough. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Thanks for the ideas both. Sadly, that particular hotel shuts the week before – I guess the weather isn’t likely to be that good – I think I’ve been hoowinked by the unusual heatwave this october!
