Could someone remind me please, is the certificate issued on the anniversary date of opening the account or when the £10k has been spent?
At anniversary date unfortunately. I reached this halfway through my year and have been eagerly awaiting the certificate. I sent an email to ask and was told once the Feb statement is produced, which is 12 months for me. Feb statement just received and the certificate now appears in my app.
