Back at the start of Dec 24, HFP ran an article about Qatar opening up new daily redemption availability from June 25 in the very near future – has this been and gone already?
I’ve just gone to check (again) today and found the BA site was out of action, and whilst some additional availability seems to be present on Qatar, it’s still VERY limited. The few flights that Qatar does have also seem to be Flexi, which makes me think they’re recently released?
Does anyone know if the Qatar flights we were promised have already been released and snapped up? Or is everyone still waiting?
Looking for business return from any Australia (or KUL, DPS, or SIN) to any London (or FRA, LIS, or DUB) mid/late June to mid July 25. Currently have 450k avios. Tried booking a multi-partner reward flight and a) all 3 call handlers I got were useless/made up rules as they went, and b) my partner doesn’t want to spend 3 days flying to obscure airports just to get somewhere on points
Debating whether it’s worth gambling and giving up until a week or two before we need to fly? Willing to trade feet pics at this point. Any help greatly appreciated.
The QR/VA flights aren’t being released on the QR T+361 schedule but the VA T+330 one, and they weren’t available for award bookings.
