Is my voucher used?

Got an email from VA saying I have a voucher to use up, expires 23/1/26
But, I used it for this summer, is it showing as unused because it’s attached to a flex ticket? or have they not used the voucher up
Asking here as someone may have had similar contact
The agents have to manually remove it – they do sometimes forget!
I had a similar email a couple of weeks back. Voucher was used last year and is no longer showing on my VA loyalty account so presume the email is sent in error. I probably wouldn’t get the chance to use it before expiry in any case. is your voucher showing as unused on your Virgin account? Perhaps a call to the helpline will clarify.
