KLM Rewards Booking via VS Flying Club

I’m having difficulties booking a KLM rewards flights for next July both via the VS website and app. I get the following error message:
“We’re sorry, there was a problem processing your request.
Please go back and try the entry again.”
I did some test bookings for June-26 a couple of weeks back and the process worked fine, with plenty of availability. However, when I go back to try the same dates, I now get the same error message.
Additionally, I’ve tried making a cash booking on various dates across June and July and I am getting the same error message.
Has anybody else experienced the same issue? Is this something that will resolve itself? Or is it likely I am going to need to call VS?

Happens all the time, Virgin’s IT is almost as bad as BA’s. It may resolve itself quickly, but sometimes when it’s broken it’s been down for weeks or months.
Try calling but you’ll probably be told different things depending on the agent, they won’t have a clue what’s going on
