Las Vegas lounge advice please

Hello. Flying club world BA from Las Vegas to London Heathrow and wondered if getting to centurion lounge is a pain from terminal 3?
We will also be flying to Hawaii from Vegas too with Hawaiian airlines – I’ve heard flights depart from gates near the centurion lounge there? Thanks for any experience feedback.

You will have to get the train to the Centurion lounge from the concourse where BA will be flying from. Takes 5/10 mins so just leave enough time to get back.

From what I’ve read both lounges are rammed at the moment with queues to get in.
