Where is it – I’ve looked at the map and it appears to be on a road outside the terminal! I know that’s not right so how do I access it from the terminal.

It’s near the HEX station in the T2/T3 station complex – underdround which is why it might appear to be in the moddle of the road!

I’ve tried ringing their 7p a min line but they don’t answer.
I went a few years ago (left laptop in setback pocket) and seem to remember it’s past the barrier for the trains so had to take a free ticket from the machine. Is this right or am I completely inventing this memory!

Yes, that’s correct – it’s about halfway on the escalator route.
I think I’ll look for it on the way home as I don’t want to eat in to valuable time in the Cathay Flounge!
Isn’t it also down some stairs that you can’t take luggage down?
@qc have you searched their database to see if they have it or something like it?Would save you doing the Indiana Jones-esq exhibition to get to it,
