I had a recent stay at a Marriott hotel and paid with my Marriott Amex. I had the offer of 6 extra points per pound spent activated, and it has credited for both charges, but only for 6 point each time, not 6 points per pound. Has anyone else had that?
I’ve queried it with Amex and had the usual “it will credit properly, wait 30 days” etc etc
Just checked and yes! For the first stay I made during the offer period I have had only 6 points added as a “Marriott Bonvoy Bonus”, and nothing for two further stays before the offer expired.
Will raise it with Amex.
