I saw on a forum someone saying the 20% vouchers have disappeared from the redesigned app – I’ve just taken a look and I cannot see them either – anyone know where they are located (they are still listed as a benefit)?

I phoned yesterday, the rep looked into it but couldn’t do anything. Told me to raise a ticket via the website which I’ve done.

Mine gone too. I had one left. No longer by looks.
Weirdly replaced though with my first ever Birthday reward offer despite being gold for 3 years. It also thinks my birthday is in May which it isnt

Melia use a M/DD format for birthdates, which is surprising for a Spanish company. Try reversing the first 2 bits of the birthday voucher expiry date.
Following Bill’s instructions, mine are still available so it’s not an issue for everyone it seems. Worth asking Melia.

Appeared today on both website and app. Seems online customer service sorted it.
Since the Melia IT update, I’ve not been able to find my 20% vouchers in the app. (Nor the Birthday upgrade/20% voucher)
However, if you ring customer service, they’ll be able to tell you the code over the phone. (Which i’ve done for both me and my partner now).
Its the same code, with “3” uses.
They also reinstated a birthday upgrade voucher that had disappeared for me too.
I’ve always found the CS from Melia over the phone super quick, and super helpful. 😊
On the app, click on your profile bottom right.
Scroll down to pictures. Click on one named promotions.
Scroll down to your promotions and click again. It’s now 1 code you can use 3 times.
I’ve copied mine and saved it in a note app for easier access
