I’ve just logged in and I have both a Cabin Upgrade (which was awarded approximately 2 months ago) and a Companion Voucher (from last year) that are now not showing up in my British Airways Club account under “vouchers.” The expired vouchers are still showing.
Is anything else having this issue? I’m hoping/assuming it is part of the changes to the BA Club?

Having the exam same issue for my 241, which I only achieved last week. Hoping it gets self-sorted within a few days as I need to book soon.
Think this may be BA IT being merde (more so than usual at the moment)
I have no flights till May so not a big worry (yet) but noticed today my Wife has vanished from my HHA (though the grandkids are still there and the total no. avios correctly shows our combined total)
Also if i log in to her account her personal info (passport etc) has vanished
And only 1 of her 4 flights this year is showing (in her account though all do show if i use MMB not logging in)
But FYI Just checked and my remaining companion voucher is still thereAs long as your wife hasn’t disappeared with all your avios, that would be a real worry!

This happened to me also recently, but when I went into make an avois booking the voucher was there.
Have you tried again to make a booking via “book and upgrade”? Some people have reported that their Barclays voucher has shown up there.
