Forums Frequent flyer programs The British Airways Club Missing eStore Avios from Booking[.]com

I like to keep track of my future ‘expected’ Avios … we travel extensively and make the majority of our hotel bookings through Booking[.]com.

Until last month, the Avios for stays booked through the eStore would credit, almost like clockwork, a maximum of 35 days after the stay (often on around day 32 or 33 from check-out).

Just recently we had a run of stays of one, two and three nights, 11 in total all of which have passed 35 days since check-out in the past month, 7 of the stays have been credited to my BAEC account, yet 4 random ones haven’t. I had emails for all 11 bookings confirming the Avios had ‘tracked’ but the bookings in question are still showing as ‘pending’ in the eStore.

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced similar? It just seems strange that every single booking has credited for me in the past 4 years, and I’ve collected an average of 45K Avios per annum through Booking[.]com – this is the first time I’ve had issues.

You can’t even query missing Avios through Booking[.]com either so I hope I’m not going to miss out!

    Thanks in advance folks.

The Booking.com site on the BA Avios portal states “Rewards will not be approved until 90-120 days after you have completed your stay.”

I noticed they’d changed it for my most recent bookings but these were all made last year and the tracking confirmation emails specifically say 35 days (for all the bookings). Some of the stays that have credited we booked later than the ones that haven’t 🤷‍♂️

I guess we should be grateful they have survived on the BA estore, as they’re gone from both of the other main sites.

Not true, you don’t query them through booking dot com, you need to do this via the BA eStore and bear in mind the term: “Queries can only be investigated 45 days after your booking (stay) is complete”.
