Having used up most of my M&Ms for a European flight last week (not great value) I went to turn the remaining ones into at least something.
Only to see “Your miles are protected and cannot expire.” and 1 mile added on 2024/01/24.
This is still from the UK credit card.
I thought they announced that the final 1 mile would be 2023/09 so expiry on 2024/03/31.
Does this indicate that a replacement card is still likely?Could well do ….
Or they forgot to press the “stop recurring points addition” button.
Or their IT is as bad as BAs and they did hit that button but it didn’t do anything…
