Anyone any tips to secure some Avios from a new mortgage application?

I see on the app you can get for insurance etc so thought someone might see an angle?

If you have/are eligible for Barclays Premier then they give you 700 avios/ month when you have a mortgage with them. They also give better rates to premier holders.

I wouldn’t let the avios tale wag the mortgage rate dog tho…
