Moving around in Barbados

We’ll be in Barbados in a few weeks. I was wondering
1. Do I need to bring a lot of USD, are cards are widely accepted, including taxis?
2. Any eSIM recommendations? Airalo only sells 1GB data.
3. Is there any ride hailing apps?
