New Style BA AmEx Premium Plus Companion Voucher – increased seats?

So the newer BA American Express Premium Plus Companion Voucher are supposed to have increased seat availability.
How does this work in practice?
I usually use the Executive Club app to search for reward seat availibility – but that doesn’t know what type of voucher I intend to use. So how do I find this alleged increased availability?
