I got something similar recently. I can’t remember the routing, but I’m sure it £94,000+ pounds. Probably exactly the same amount. The bug-ridden/untested ba.com is probably completely misinterpreting a returned error message from the back-end FQ system.
It’s a good job BA’s IT doesn’t actually control the aircraft. If it did, there would be several planes per day falling out of the sky!! (That’s a conservative estimate)
