Yes – unless I try to get them.
Most short haul loaded although weirdly EDI-LCY seems a bit messed up.
Only long haul I could see loaded was KUL.
They will get loaded but who knows when.
On a similar note I’ve found that QR flights from Asia (e.g. I’ve tried Maldives/Vietnam) don’t seem to have any availablity from around 30 March 2025 for cash or points.
Anyone with any insight? Do I just need to wait for the timetable to be loaded or are the destinations potentially not operating Summer 2025?

For QR, it’s not just the Asia route. No cash or redemption tickets available at all post 29th March

It’s not unusual for there to be hold ups when the seasons change (last Sunday of Oct and March) so that could explain QR
Not sure about BA though Saturday night is a common time for IT work so could have caused a delay/glitch

Interesting so if I wanted to book for May 25 I need to wait till October to book Man-Bkk on redemptions?
They will probably still be loaded at T-355, however if the route continues to be seasonal, there won’t be any flights in May.
I was looking for bangkok flights in april and it appears this is a winter route only…hopefully they will reintroduce for the summer in the coming days or weeks

I don’t think they’ll be summer flights. It’s there to satisfy good winter demand at good fares.
How late is late? As flights are released at midnight GMT – currently 1am as we are in BST until October – then if you have up at 00:30 and then checked again at 07:30 it’s entirely possible you missed out?

Sorry I mean it won’t appear at all in summer. Resuming end Oct. BA likely use the aircraft for US flying over summer instead

Not talking about one route, it’s for all long haul route in all classes
And again tonight. 2 nights in a row staying up to call and none released!
Same here. The agent said the seats weren’t released, rather than someone else just got them very quickly.

They will update availability when I stop setting my alarm for 00:55.
I think I will give it one more go as the rest of my family have rejoined the UK time zone whereas I am roughly in India right now, time zone wise.

I’m so glad I found this thread. I stayed up for the 1am release last night (first time ever doing this) and was entirely puzzled when nothing came up on the website and the lady on the Japan phone like said that they hadn’t been released yet.
Two related questions.
1. I called the USA line and the lady told me that the avios booking line was already closed by that point. Is that correct? I called Japan and got through, so all was well in the end, but I’d read in a lot of places to call the USA number.
2. Is there any indication from previous delays whether the seats will drop at a random time of the day, or will they likely release at 1am on a future date?There’s definitely some weird stuff going on. New York on the 2nd April has 9 flights with seemingly unlimited J availability. This is apparent on flights to other destinations too…
Agreed – glad it’s not just me! Checked a load of other long-haul destinations and couldn’t find much other than KUL
