No Avios reward flight returns showing

I have noticed comments the last two days as am watching for CW returns from Hong Kong which I need in a few days time. There has been no issue until this week and outward still no issue . App no different from log in. I know availability for returns is about Chinese new year for 2024 but the same seems to apply everywhere by the time I get up either there is a fault or management decision as no flights available from anywhere eg Hong Kong, Beijing, Singapore, Shanghai or Tokyo which would have been released at midnight – it is extremely suspicious and not normal though Singapore very difficult normally . Has anyone clarified or found that by calling staff confirm seats are in fact available

This was mentioned in the chat thread this week – SeatSpy showing no returns on several routes but when I checked ba.com for one particular route the seats were actually there. But if you’re not seeing the seats on ba.com it does look like there’s an issue – presumably IT as BA have not announced any change to the guarantee of a minimum number of seats being released, AFAIK.
