Not received 25% bonus points on October 24 Nectar to Avios conversion?

Opted in with auto conversion from Nectar to Avios which finished on 14th October but not received the 25% bonus points yet – anyone else had the same problem? Who do you contact to query?

Also the autoconvert failed for the last two weeks. Autoconvert has happened today though. More cockroaches in the IT“ 7. Eligible participants will receive their bonus Avios 28 days after campaign expiry.”
They usually take a while.
I got in touch with BA and got this reply:
Nectar have checked your account with them and the missing bonus Avios should show on your account within 28 days after the promotion end date 14 October 2024.
Anytime after November 11th appears to be the time to complain if the bonus hasn’t come through.
