Morning everyone, not a disaster in the scheme of things just annoying really.
Signed up and got accepted for the Virgin money cc before the 6 th June, 1 st statement got the introductory 15,000 points second statement today nothing and well over th £3,000 soend.Rang up nothing on my account to say offer has been applied call agent could not find it anywhere being offered, so has referred it higher up the chain waiting to hear back.
Anyone else has this problem not holding my breath Linda
My partner is well over the 3k spend and hasn’t received the second 15k points.
The agent has not long phoned me back had a word with whoever and said yes I should have got it, will get in next months statement if not to phone again.
Was quite impressed gotva call back and they agreed it should have posted, 15,000 mikes is a fair bit to loose out on. Linda
Yes, exactly the same here. I’m also just about to call them. I don’t know why they promote these offers if they can’t fulfil them.
Awaiting my 3rd statement due in a day or so which should include the 2nd lot of 15,000 miles
I did however have a congratulatory e mail a couple of weeks ago that I had hit the £3k target so I’m hopeful@ChasP, I had the email confirming target spend reached too and the extra points were on my recent statement, so you should be fine.
