Anyone had any issues trying to use their points? I have over 5000 points but when I go to ‘Find Flights’ it just takes me to a cash booking page, no option to use points! I’ve asked Rob on here but he is stumped, so wondered if anyone else might have an input?

Throw away all BA cookies
Log in to On Business
Change your password if required (!)
Go to https://www.britishairways.com/travel/redeem/onbusiness/en_gb

Final suggestion: you are using a full PC, not a phone? I can never get OB searches to work on a phone.
I can search and get results OK from my Mac using Chrome.
I have tried both mate, sometimes it takes me to an error page, sometimes to the cash booking.
I rang them the other day and they said it was a website glitch for everyone but it’s not. They just did not know the answer. So i have emailed them and i can ring and book, obviously waiting 35 mins to get through! I have a specific trip in mind as I don’t want to lose the points (I feel like i have already lost some as I didn’t even know i had it) and Rob (HFP) is hopefully coming back to me today with a search on the day screenshot, so at least I will know exactly what i need to book. I am sorry to say, but some of the agents on BA phone lines are difficult to deal with.
Try different browsers.
Try Desktop setting if offered in browsers on your phone.
Clear cookies after each failure and reload.
Try right clicking and selecting Open in New Tab, including incognito Tab,where you’d normally left click and expect it to load.
Check if your browser needs updating.
Is it still possible to call them? They used to be very helpful.
Apparently, after all that, my account has not been activated! Just looked back at my original welcome email and nothing on there, just setting up the password etc. which I did and created an online account, but somewhere along the line it was not activated.
So, now I have to send an email to On Business India to get it set up. Another seven days or so, no doubt my flight availability will have changed by then!
