Just received an email statement – which shows zero points accrued in last 9-months despite a number of qualifying flights. Points expiry has been pushed back to end of 2024, but since since its now well over a year since the website imploded, wonder if anyone has heard anything about whether this crown jewel of BA IT screw-ups may finally come to an end?
Also is anyone seeing points accruing from recent flights?
I have seen them accruing albeit not for every flight, but I tried to use them without luck. I called four times and they kept on either saying no economy seats available on the route (I asked about several dates in the next 12 months) or were quoting more than the previously published points rates. There are plenty Avios seats available. So still contemplating. Have till 30 June to use them before expiry.
They also couldn’t list transactions for me…
Edit: Just seen that they’ve extended them till 31 Dec.
