I was just about to book La Belle Epoque for our Sofitel stay before next T5 departure and it’s closed until further notice, which is quite the letdown as it’s one of the reasons we stay there for early flights. Is the other restaurant any good? The menu is a bit burger and fish and chips which just says soulless airport hotel to me
It’s adequate. Definitely not a destination restaurant but you’ll leave with a comfortable feeling in your belly and the prices aren’t outrageous for what it offers given the lack of competition.
Probably worth booking in advance, btw.

Sounds lot like the Gatwick Sofitel restaurant. Still could be worse – could be a US airport hotel restaurant.
