Paying Amex Business CC with CoT via Curve Fronted

Hello. I guess the subject is pretty clear! Has anyone attempted to pay off their business Amex using curve fronted by routing the transaction to their CoT?

I have a feeling CoT will whack on a draw down fee, but thought I’d ask all the same.
