Pending Avios points have gone missing!

Hi,

I had a few lots of pending Avios points in my BA account- Wednesday last week they all just disappeared and have yet to either come back into pending or arrive in my account… I know they can sometimes leave pending and take a couple of days to arrive, but I wouldn’t have expected it for all four/five lots all at once, or to still not be there.

I did notice that they disappeared around the same time as BA said they had to do maintenance on Avios points site. Have been unable to get hold of them to ask so just wondering if it’s just me?

Just checked and I have the same problem.

Mine are missing in the app, but if you look on a desktop, you should find everything there as I did.

How do you find pending Avios on the desktop please? Can’t work it out!

On top right – ‘my account’ which then shows your order history and clicks history.
