Sorry if this has been covered but I couldnt find anything when searching.
I recently received my Platinum card and ive spent this morning enrolling into the various hotel/car hire programmes.
However when going through the benefits page I noticed the dining and Harvey Nichols credits are listed as requiring enrollment too. Yet when I click the link provided it just redirects me to the Amex log in page. I sign in and the same thing occurs.
Is this out of date on the website? Im sure I saw something about enrollment not being required for the dining credit but I thought I should double check before attempting to use it.
Thanks
Update:
Ive since spoken with AMEX on live chat and got them to add them manually to my account.
Maybe just an I.T issue.
They will be listed under the “Offers” tab/page. You just need to apply them to your account.
