    Before these were “free” I made a pre booking in May for the end of August.

    I notice on the receipt and the invoice that the name of the lounge, and date and time of entry isn’t mentioned. Can’t see any pre booking section in the app either.

    On my last pre booking at this lounge they had no record of the booking and “let me in because it was quiet”

    I don’t want that to happen again. I’ve spoken to Priority Pass and they asked me to email them the details. I have, twice but had no answer.

    Has anyone made a pre booking that they can actually evidence to the lounge reception?

    I have just pre-booked MyLounge Gatwick South with Priority Pass and have an email that clearly shows the lounge booked, entry time, boking reference, number of people etc.
