Priority Pass Select..?

Checking the lounges at London Heathrow via the Amex App (Platinum Card member) and it seems that the Club Aspire lounges have “enrolment required” written next to them – and upon clicking on the lounge there’s a message that advises that Priority Club Select is required.

Does anyone know what this is and if this is a new thing for Platinum cardholders?
