Now getting “There is currently no access to your account while we upgrade our system. Please visit the information page to find out how this may affect you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.” The information page is a dead link of course! Is it just me?

Error messages logging into the BA estore online, though the phone app was working. Could be they are doing some IT tinkering in the background on a quiet bank holiday.

Anyone having issues with logging into BA today? I wonder if anything to do with a change in moving to April membership year as today’s 9th April. I also haven’t received email when requested to reset password.

Had to try multiple times to check-in/get boarding passes. Maybe the IT dog has gone on holiday…. (BA IT is staffed by a man and a dog. The man is there to feed the dog, and the dog is there to make sure the man doesn’t touch anything!)
