Problem trying to cancel AVIOS flights

I need to cancel a few AVIOS flights and when I get to manage my booking select the flight I keep getting a message telling me to log in to my BA account ie the one I am in looking at the flight !!!!

Anyone also had this problem and solved it ?

Have you tried ringing them? Or maybe clear cookies or use an incognito browser page?
