Hello! Apologies if this addressed elsewhere, I couldn’t find it if so…

I am able to link my ba and Qatar accounts so can see all MY avios when looking at Qatar- but I can’t work out how to get access to all of the avios in the household account – is this actually possible? Any tips welcome…
    Thanks!

I think you can only access your own avios via QR as that one isn’t a household account. I transferred a load recently as I didn’t realise this wasn’t necessary to make a QR booking, and they were taken from my BA account, not pro-rata from the HHA.

I just tried doing a dummy QR booking. I have 2k in my QR account and plenty more in BAEC. When I log in, QR shows the accounts are linked and shows my BAEC balance + 2k.

HOWEVER – when I try making a flight booking, it says I don’t have enough Avios. So- they are not transferring automatically. Anyone else experienced this? Should I just move the required amount manually?

Replying to myself in case it helps others. My link to BAEC had expired, which it prompted me to link again. Problem was still happening. HOWEVER, after logging out of the account, then back in, it shows my full balance at the top and I was able to progress beyond adding the flights to basket.

After that though I found the site VERY laggy. Think I might have some cookie issues.

It’s not just me then? I find that site so slow, glitchy and prone to stalling.
