Qatar: cancelling Avios tickets?

Has anybody been through the process of cancelling business class reward flights with Qatar? Online chat, phone call? Admin fee (25USD?) and time taken to return Avios? Thank you

You can cancel it online, 25usd cancellation fee to be deducted. Avios back on your account within 30mins or so

My Avios was returned instantly – like I just refreshed the page and it was there.
I did it through the live chat on the app.
