QR -BA booking

We are thinking of flying to London for a long weekend, we intend to fly BA business class from Edinburgh with our QR PC frequent flyer number, The QA calculator still says 24 Qpoints and 830 avios, I have read here about the horror stories about flying to NYC on BA.

My question is, will I still receive them or has this calculator not been updated.

If you are crediting to QR you will receive whatever QR gives you. The amount you quoted is what it says for return flights in business.

Finnair Plus would give you 996 or 1660 avios for return flights in business, depending on the exact fare class.

If you mean the two (yes 2) reports of only being awarded a handful of TPs then I’d hardly call them “horror stories” because as mentioned in the comments on both the articles we don’t know the full picture of the booking and flights and haven’t been told about what has been posted for the return flights.

And as @John says you will get whatever points QR awards you so what BA gave others on two isolated reports is irrelevant.
