Not sure why but whenever I click on Recent Topics I get a snapshot from the 22nd December and not the latest comments on threads. Anyone else having the same?
Had the same issue. Clearing browser cache and history fixed it.
For a day we tested a new way of cacheing pages globally – basically the site would sit on 275 servers globally instead of 1 in London.
UK readers would see no difference but it would lead to massive speed increases for anyone outside Europe.
Despite being told that our forum software worked ok with this, it clearly didn’t so we pulled it for more tests. CTRL F5 will fix it.
The issue, obviously, is that if you have the site sitting on 275 servers then changes – which occur every minute or so due to the forum – need to filter across instantly to all 275 sites and it wasn’t happening.
