Hi cancelled some reward flights a week ago via the BA call centre. Avios credited straight away , how long does it take to get the cash refund minus the 35 fee . It’s been 7 days today
I cancelled a reward booking last Monday, and my account was credited yesterday, exactly seven days for me.
Anyone know whether it makes any difference if it’s BA-booked but partner-operated?
I cancelled an Avios booking a couple of days ago – no sign of Avios, cash, or even a confirmation email as yet… Is that normal? The web site threw a “CRUT” error at the end of the cancellation process, which makes me think something may have gone awry, but MMB does at least say “We’re processing your cancellation”…
That happened to me recently, it’s cancelled your reservation but hasn’t processed the refund. Need to call in or get on the chat and they’ll do it manually
