If I get the error message “There was a problem with your request, please try again later” after doing a redemption flight search, does that mean that there is no available flights?
Or is it just that BA IT is not working?
I think it’s the latter. I’ve detected another problem recently with no price distinction between Peak and Off Peak dates after 1 Sep. I assume it’s an error rather than a permanent change.
Try logging in with a different browser, that may resolve it.
Likewise. Getting this error when searching for a flight in November. Has been an issue for me since Tuesday.
It is flights for November/December that I have been searching too. It has been a problem for me for more than a week. I have been able to search other dates successfully though…
The issue for me might actually be restricted to flights on a Sunday…
PC gave error last night at 1am but phone worked fine.
