    As per title i requested a status match with club avolta but haven’t heard anything and it has been 2 weeks since contacting and unsure whether I missed the window or whether I’m doing something wrong. Any advice would be appreciated as followed the guide mentioned in the post on how to obtain VIP status and even sent in a email with a picture of Club Avolta Platinum status and providing my Radissons rewards membership number but nothing still as only received a feedback email and still showing as a club member on both website and app.

    I did mine a fortnight ago and it was processed overnight. Try sending it again.

    thanks just done so and thought i’d check my spam folder and received a reply and they’ve asked for a screenshot of Club Avolta and looks like it’ll be actioned soon so thanks for the advice

    Is this status match still live?

    I carried it out for my partner over a week ago but her Radisson account hasn’t changed. There was no tile when I applied so I sent an email.

    Still active check your spam folder too just incase and also send a ticket through the online website it took about 2 weeks for mine to go through successfully

    Anyone tried this recently? The email response is saying they no longer do the matches manually and to use a link within your RR account but it’s not there. RR customer service say to contact club Avolta and they say to contact RR.

    I was matched to VIP from Platinum Avolta less than a week ago.

    Must contact Avolta customer care (clientservice@avolta.net) providing Avolta and Radisson loyalty numbers and a screenshot of your Radisson member card. Got upgraded in 4 working days.
