Signed up to the Sainsbury’s’Count Up To Christmas’ challenge in early October 2024.
We completed all 5 challenges collecting 400 Nectar points on the day each challenge was completed.
Over the Xmas / New Year holidays we phoned the Nectar helpline to find out why the 2,000 bonus points had not been added to the account for completing all 5 challenges. We were told that it would be added 30 days after completion of the challenge (14 December in our case).
Telephoned this past weekend to be told that the bonus points could only be added through LiveChat.
Went on LiveChat late afternoon today, agent declined even after uploading 5 screenshots from the Nectar app showing collection of each of the five x 400 challenge points (surely he could see that online).
Was very abruptly told that we were not due any more points and there was nothing more he could do he ended the LiveChat session 😡

I don’t think there were an extra 2000 NP. For you it was a total of 2000NP split into 5 separate equal challenges. In your case it was 400NP each time. My target was a total of 1,500NP but it split unequally as 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500.
Agree with @AJA. I think you’ve misunderstood. Your 2000 bonus points were the five 400 bonuses for completing each stage of the challenge, not another 2000 on top.
