Is anyone else experiencing any trouble with their EB account? I’ve had problems registering missing miles, updating general info and adding members to sharing points programmes. When I try to amend something a pop-up comes up describing an issue with VPN. I’ve tried several browsers and with my wife’s account but problem remains. The call centre is probably one of the more useless ones I’ve encountered. All they are saying is that they know about the problem and the back office is trying to fix but this has been going on for a while. Anyone else?
I made an account to add to my family group and it won’t let me claim miles because the profile is missing an address but if it try to update it, it gives an error.
It appears to work now!
Did you do anything special to make it work? I am facing the same error while trying to start a points sharing group. Tried everything but cannot seem to get it to work.
