Hi folks. Although it isn’t a great use of points, I want to choose seats using Avios. Throughout the payment sequaence it sayas I can choose to pay with Avios and the ‘price’ will be displayed at payment stage. Not for me! Cannot see where this is supposed to be shown or chosen. Am I missing something?

If you are signed in, you get to it eventually. You’ll have already input your email address and sekected seats. As long as you haven’t put in your cc details, you haven’t gone too far! I think it also offers combinations of cash+ Avios.
I did this when there was a sale last year.
