A large percentage of folk here will use it, myself included. It’s helped me numerous times. This week been finding it annoyingly inaccurate though on a particular route.

Repeatably given me good results. Unfortunately can’t help if you want to scan for Avios availability with the Amex companion voucher.

Seatspy is great! Had until last week Reward flight finder top package, then used Seatspy basic package for Virgin and added the same flight on BA I was searching for. Seatspy sent an email at 6am Rewardflightfinder at 6.40 for the same seat, Setaspy I paid for the package that checks hourly, RFF was supposed to be instant! Cancelled RFF and upgraded Seatspy. The option of Virgin is anyway very useful for me.

Linked but not the same question, but are there specific routes where getting to business or first class seats are easier to access than others? I have a new BA Amex voucher and just starting to research routes for next year.

F seats are pretty few and far between and it’s case of just keep checking or set up an alert on SeatSpy. Best availability tends to be east coast USA though other destinations do pop up from time to time.
Business availability is quite good unless you want a really popular route like SYD or MLE at peak times.

Thank you, that is helpful we have flown a lot to east coast America. We hoping for something different this time, we will also need to pay a cash ticket for our daughter.

Do you mean you haven’t got enough avios for 3 of you – how old is your daughter?
