Skype phoning Japan executive club number

Has anyone had experience of the above.

For our return points seats and combine our companion voucher used for the outbound flight I will need to phone Japan as they will come online via phone 9 hours before UK.

Any advice tips and most importantly the operators in Japan speak English?!

I booked a return leg via the Japan line last year. I’m sure it asks what language you want at the start. The guy spoke to spoke perfect English and knew exactly what I wanted to do.
