Forums Frequent flyer programs The British Airways Club Soft landing duration

Sorry for the obvious question and surprisingly I couldn’t find an answer.

Given the change in tier point collection dates we have had all of our dates moved to 1st April.

Has anyone here had any personal experience dropping via soft landing down a status tier in the last month or two. If so what date does your soft landing status end. Do you have a full 12 months of that as well or has it been cut short by the 1st April renewal date.

So for example you were BA Gold but didnt requalify for gold and your tier month was 8th June. Your card would last until 30th July and 1st Aug you would become Silver. Do you get a full soft landing of Silver or will you drop to Bronze on 1st April.

I expect I know the answer but does anyone have any personal experience of what actually happens?

    TIA

My former renewal date is 8th Oct. So I am Gold until end Nov 25. At which point I will drop to Silver.
My question is does anyone have any evidence to say when the Silver expiry date be?

Mar 26 or will I get a full year to Nov 26

    TIA
