Hi, I have a question about new executive club status. I understand the expiry dates are changing to 31/3/25 for everyone . My expiry is currently 8/6/24. I should qualify for gold in a couple weeks, so I’ll retain gold until 31/7/24? So how will it show on the app? I will be gold when my new year starts on 1/4/25 but will it change to silver after July 2025? I earned 800 from 1/4/24 to 8/6/24 so I know I’d revert to silver after gold but I’d be silver anyway as they counting points from 1/4/24, will I get 2 years as Silver ( moving down from gold and having points for silver anyway)? Thanks
May be a typo, but you will retain Gold until 31/7/25.
I think you will be Silver until Apr 30 2026 either way, both by dropping from Gold in July 2025 and achieving Silver in the transitional year Apr 2024 – Mar 2025. You only get the status once, no extra year if that’s what you mean.
The app will show your current membership card expiry date in the usual way.
A further variation is that if you earn 700 TP June 9 – March 31 to add to the 800, you get Gold through to April 2026, then Silver to April 2027.
Thank you, yes I meant 31/7/25! So on 1st August 2025 my app will show Silver until 30/4/24 and then Silver until 30/4/26 ( unless I get gold again ).
